rgasperson's NaNoWriMo Progress for 2010

I think I gotten my plot figured out for my NaNo novel for 2010. It is going to feel slightly steampunk. It has a horde of evil monsters that come out of nowhere that force our family of heroes into hiding.

I think the next step is going to be finding names for all my characters. There are only going to be four. The rest of the characters are going to be the evil horde and the townsfolk that get killed along the way. I think I might have a neighbor that I will use as a warning for the heroes that the horde was about to find them.

NaNoWriMo 2010 Starts on Monday. That is five days from today. That gives me only a few days to prepare to write something fun; something that I can stay interested in long enough to write 1667 words about everyday. 

It is going to be a challenge this year. I am working 2 jobs and don't really have a regular routine. I have a feeling I will be writing a lot of my novel on my ipod. If that is the case it will be fun to keep a log of where I actually spend my time writing. 

Today's goal is to write an outline;  maybe one sentence for each of the twenty-five chapters I plan to write. Why twenty five? I want to be done by the 25th of November so I can say I am done early, or at least give myself a few extra days just in case I want to spend some time with the family on Thanksgiving.
